2.1. Payment: You agree to pay the monthly subscription fee as indicated in the App's pricing details. Payments will be charged to your designated payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

2.2. Billing Cycle: The Subscription operates on a monthly billing cycle, starting on the date of your initial subscription.

2.3. Automatic Renewal: The Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

2.4. Cancellation: You can cancel your Subscription at any time through the App's settings or by contacting our customer support.

3. Use of the App

3.1. License: Subject to these Terms, BidMate grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to use the App for your personal and non-commercial use.

3.2. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

a. Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws. b. Share your subscription or access to the App with others who have not subscribed. c. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. d. Use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of BidMate or others.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1. Data Collection: BidMate collects and processes personal information as described in its Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

5.1. Termination by BidMate: BidMate reserves the right to terminate your access to the App and Subscription at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

5.2. Termination by User: You may terminate your Subscription and use of the App at any time by following the cancellation process outlined in these Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

6.1. Modification: BidMate reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on the App.
